  Detoxify with Soup

   Purification and some pounds less, would be the two words that would describe the efficiency of detoxification diets, do you like soup? Oh, I forget to mention one crucial detail, you can eat how much you want. 

 

    Diet should take no longer than 5 days and will help you take 5 pounds goodbye to unruly, which for some time gave no signs that they want to stay. There is not one of those odious diets that will require days to eat a soup-n string-n smell bad and taste horrible. Author diet, Monica Grenfell, said that vegetable soup diet will speed up the process of burning fat, since the body will use more energy to maintain temperature... The secret is to eat every day, other food than the previous day and soup as cover. Come on, do not hunger!

 

But to enjoy the successes Have to abstain for a period of time from some foods: alcohol, soft drinks (replace them with water, unsweetened tea, black coffee and natural juice) and fried foods. And as the story earlier, the soup is so to speak basic foods. Learn how to prepare. Except for potatoes (which have starch and gain weight) you can use other vegetables instead.

Here are the recipes:

*put equal amounts of: spinach, potatoes, celery, onions, green peppers and tomatoes.

Take them minced vegetables, put them in pot, pour water and let it sit on the fire. Once boiled vegetables place them in a blender and puree them. Eh, voila.... A delicious and nutritious soup, which in any case not so find the envelope in the supermarket shelves. Do not choose the can soups, they are high in sodium and in most cases do not include vegetables. In other words, not too many nutrients in those soups!!

 

 We step slowly and get to the first day of diet

1. On this day you can eat fish

It is understood by fish: salmon, mackerel, sardines or tuna (fatty fish)

Two of the meals the day will consist of fish with vegetables (Mediterranean cuisine, such as spinach or broccoli) in the oven. And how much soup you can eat the rest of the day.

 

2. Day two came and started the diet.

Sit quietly, not one has been notified that you made some changes in nutrition. On this day you eat ... potatoes. Yes, I know I blame early, but you see, the body must be provided with a little of everything.

You can serve more than 227 grams of baked potato (no butter, just know that butter fattening, right?) And fill your tables with green vegetable. I almost forgot breakfast. At breakfast, you will serve only fruit. The rest of the day eats vegetable soup...

3. Day three.  Free to eggs!

On this day you consume 3 eggs, either separately or together, with fruit (how much you want, for example, can serve for breakfast, a fruit plate, a salad and a boiled egg mixed with one egg for lunch). Rest day you can eat soup (as much as you want).

 

4. Day four. Befriended you with bread!

You will consume up to 4 slices of bread (not white) and as much as you like skimmed milk. You serve bread with fruit for breakfast and coffee (with milk). Why milk? Milk has protein, calcium and potassium. It will help to resist the temptation called: sweets and fried foods. The rest day will consume only vegetable soup.

 

 As you came in the last days of diet, at breakfast you serve fruit... At lunch or dinner serving 100 grams of red meat (it has iron) with salad. The rest of the day how much water you want and can drink. Oh, do not forget the soup! Once diet completed do not excesses, eat a little bit of each... And in the coming weeks, keep diet 3 days a week. Choose your days.
